Walsall's Development Squad will visit Rugby Town in the Second Round of the Birmingham FA Senior Challenge Cup after the Valley defeated AFC Wulfrunians by four-goals-to-nil on Tuesday evening.
John Ward's side reached the Second Round with a 3-2 victory at Lye Town, courtesy of goals from Reece Flanagan, Maziar Kouhyar and Kacy Milan Butterfield.
The Saddlers reached the Semi FInals of the competition last season, losing 2-1 to eventual winners Leamington. Walsall FC have confirmed that a date for the Saddlers' trip to Rugby will be announced in due course.
