The manager has insisted that his side deserved the win, and a larger scoreline wouldn't have been unfair as they marked their first home game of the campaign with a win.
Jon Whitney has spoken to BBC WM Sport following Saturday afternoon's League One victory over Oldham Athletic, which saw the Saddlers bounce back from a goal down at the break to win by two-goals-to-one as Joe Edwards and Erhun Oztumer found the back of the net during the second forty-five.

The manager, who has been under plenty pressure over the last few months, praised his team as they dominated large swathes of the second-half to win the game and secure their first league points of the campaign.

You can listen to the full audio of Jon's interview, below.
