Speaking via Saddlers.co.uk, Flo said; “It was very good, and nice to see some young fans as well. We're very grateful to all the fans who turned up. It's quite unique. I’ve always said that Walsall is a very friendly club and days like today will show that. It’s a nice atmosphere, the fans are really close to the players and vice versa.

"Fans on a match day make a big difference. They can see we don’t just kick a ball around for a few hours - we put work in the gym and also at home where you have to recover and be strategic with your food.

"It’s good for the fans to they can get an insight into what we do on a daily basis, and hopefully enjoy it."
