Walsall manager Jon Whitney has spoken to club journalists ahead of this weekend's Sky Bet League One clash with Peterborough United, and has admitted that the match will be a tough one but has insisted that his team will be a threat if they play to their strengths.
Speaking via Saddlers.co.uk, Jon said; “It’ll be a tough game. They have been a little bit hit and miss at times but they are a very attack-minded team.
"They try to score more goals than the opposition and look to play through the thirds. They play at a good tempo and Grant, who they brought in from Port Vale, dictates play. It’ll be a tactical game but it’s important we play our own game.
"We want to keep the run going at home and keep building momentum. If we get that atmosphere that the fans have created recently then we’ll be a threat.”
