CHESTER 3 DAGENHAM & REDBRIDGE 0

Chester enjoyed an emphatic victory in their first home game of the Vanarama National League campaign, which was played in front of 1,841 fans at the Lookers Vauxhall Stadium.

The Blues enjoyed a dream start, racing to a two goal lead midway through the first half through stunning strikes from Elliott Durrell and Tom Shaw before James Alabi scored from close range for the third to cap off a comprehensive victory.

A clean sheet for Liam Roberts and Theo Vassell as the duo continue to get somefirst-team football.
