Walsall Club Secretary and Director Daniel Mole has taken to Twitter and confirmed that former Angers SCO striker Jean-Pierre Nsamé is no longer training with the squad.

23-year-old, Cameroon born Nsamé who rose through the ranks to turn professional with Angers in 2012, played forty-five minutes for the Saddlers during Saturday's pre-season defeat to Norwich City, but will not be considered for a contract.

Before being released at the end of last season, Nsamé made just a handful of first-team appearances for Angers and also enjoyed loan spells with USJA Carquefou and Amiens SC, where he gained some much-needed first-team football.
