Jon Whitney Visits Wales as he Works Towards UEFA 'B' Licence

Walsall's newly-appointed First Team Manager Jon Whitney is currently in Wales as he and several other would-be-gaffers, including Stoke City's Peter Crouch and Ryan Shawcross, work towards gaining their UEFA 'B' Licence as they progress up UEFA's qualification pyramid.
Walsall's newly-appointed First Team Manager Jon Whitney is currently in Wales as he and several other would-be-gaffers, including Stoke City's Peter Crouch and Ryan Shawcross, work towards gaining their UEFA 'B' Licence as they progress up UEFA's qualification pyramid.

The course, which is taking place in South Wales, sees candidates go through six days of practical and six days of theory as they take their first step onto the UEFA ladder. The course helps coaches develop their game understanding and tactical knowledge via a combination of practical, on and off course theory, e-learning and distance learning.
