Earlier today, Walsall's Interim Head Coach Jon Whitney took to Twitter and called upon his 12th man to ramp up the heat on Thursday evening as the team looks to turn around a three goal deficit against Barnsley.

Speaking via his official Twitter account, Jon said; "Good morning 12th man... My fire is burning brighter than ever and once again we need you to ramp up the heat on Thursday night. The greater the challenge the greater the reward. One last huge push from all involved. Time to be stand up and be counted."

Jon also revealed that he has purchased fifteen tickets for the Upper Tier of the Tile Choice Stand as his sons and a group of friends will be in attendance to cheer the team on.
