Young Walsall striker Jordan Murphy is currently enjoying an extended loan spell with local Vanarama National League North side Worcester City. Here is the latest news on how is spell is going.
LOWESTOFT TOWN 2 WORCESTER CITY 1
Veteran striker Lee Hughes gave City the lead with a little over three minutes of kick off as he pounced on a mistake from Lowestoft goalkeeper Ben Killip.
City's lead only lasted seven minutes before a rebound was fired in by former Peterborough United, Cambridge United and Luton Town striker Danny Crow to draw Lowestoft level.
Worcester soaked up plenty of Lowestoft pressure in the second half, and had several good goalscoring opportunities of their own, including a shot from Jordan Murphy, who was forced to fire wide by some solid defending as he looked to put his adopted team into the lead.
The hosts ultimately took the lead with ten minutes of the game remaining as Connor Deeks beat two City defenders and finished tidily past goalkeeper Nathan Vaughan.
Worcester, who take on AFC Telford United at the weekend, had Daniel Nti sent off just before the end of the match, City's twelfth dismissal of the season.
