INJURY UPDATE | Osbourne Still Some Way From Action

Walsall Head Coach Sean O'Driscoll has spoken to the local press ahead of this evening's Sky Bet League 1 clash with Doncaster Rovers, and has offered an update on the status of midfielder Isaiah Osbourne.

Speaking via the Express & Star, Sean said; “Isaiah had a specialist appointment about a month ago which gave him an update where he is. He has to do some work, not to strengthen the knee but the stabilising structures that are around it.

"For anybody who is injured that is most boring part of it – the operation has healed and you are eager to get out and kick a ball. It’s too hard to assess how long or how far off it he is at the moment.”
