Walsall Head Coach Sean O'Driscoll has spoken to club journalists ahead of this weekend's Sky Bet League 1 clash with Blackpool, and has discussed his desire to maintain the team's recent run of form, but also improve the team as a whole.

Speaking via Saddlers.co.uk, Sean said; “In football, you never look back. Our results in the second half of the season have to be better than the first half. We’ve got to be aware that doing what we’ve always done might not get us over the line.

“We’re still in the same situation of trying to understand the intangibles that have made the club successful this season. Some of them we’ve identified and we’re careful not to upset them. Others, we’re not quite sure of.

“So we’ve got to be careful that we change the things that can improve us and maintain the things that have got us to where we are now.”
