Earlier today, Walsall Football Club's Under 18s side took on Leicester City Under 18s in a behind closed doors friendly at Leicester's Belvoir Drive Training Ground.

The young Saddlers were edged out by two-goals-to-one as both sides used the occasion to boost fitness ahead of upcoming league and cup fixtures.

The Foxes took the lead early in the first half but were pegged back just before the break. Leicester went on to secure the win with around four minutes of the game remaining, a good exercise for both sides as the 2015/16 season continues.
