Earlier this afternoon, Walsall Football Club completed the loan signing of Middlesbrough's former England Under 19s defensive midfielder Bryn Morris, as Head Coach Sean O'Driscoll looks to add numbers to his squad.
Following his arrival Bryn spoke to club journalists and expressed his delight at joining up with his former international boss.
Speaking via Saddlers.co.uk, Bryn said; “I’m really happy to be here. I’ve obviously worked with Sean before and he’s got a really good philosophy. I loved playing for him and we had some really good results with England.
“When I spoke to him he said it’s the clubs philosophy to give young players a chance. So that’s good for me and shows young players that there is a pathway through the system.
“I’m a ball-playing midfielder with lots of energy who likes to start the play off. I’m looking forward to working hard on the training pitch and to try and get in the team. I want to play as much football as I can.
“I know I’m joining a winning team so obviously I’m not just going to walk straight in but I’ll work hard and see what happens.”
