Walsall defender Rico Henry has been named among the starting XI for England Under 19s international friendly with the Netherlands Under 19s following a whirlwind week which included a late dash home for his passport following a successful training session with the rest of the squad.

Walsall defender Rico Henry has been named among the starting XI for England Under 19s international friendly with the Netherlands Under 19s following a whirlwind week which included a late dash home for his passport following a successful training session with the rest of the squad.

Rico, who recently penned a new deal at Banks's Stadium, is set to become the first Walsall player to be capped at England Youth level since winger Ishmel Demontagnac picked up a cap in 2006.
