Following last weekend's victory over Burton Albion, Walsall midfielder Liam Kinsella has been named in the Sky Bet Football League 'Team of the Week'.
Following last weekend's victory over Burton Albion, Walsall midfielder Liam Kinsella has been named in the Sky Bet Football League 'Team of the Week'.

21-year-old Kinsella, who is a product of the Saddlers' youth system made his first start of the campaign, and grabbed his first professional goal as his side defeated the league leaders by two goals to nil.

The Football League's article states; "Kinsella was making his first League start for the Saddlers and justified his selection with the crucial opening goal in their top-of-the-table clash in Sky Bet League 1 with Burton Albion.

"The 21-year-old was equally adept when it came to his defensive duties, with manager Dean Smith singling the full-back out for special praise after the 2-0 triumph.
