Walsall manager Dean Smith has spoken to club journalists following Saturday afternoon's Sky Bet League 1 victory over Burton Albion, and has offered special praise for goalkeeper Craig MacGillivray, who kept a clean sheet against the then league leaders.
Speaking to Saddlers.co.uk, Smith said; "I'm really pleased that he kept a clean sheet. It will give him a boost because he was unfortunate to concede three goals during the last international break; he had no chance with any of them.
"Neil Etheridge has also been playing really well. To only concede six league goals in 12 games is a credit to the whole team."
