Ahead of Saturday afternoon's Sky Bet League 1 clash with Burton Albion, Walsall Captain Adam Chambers has spoken to club journalist Daniel Briggs, and has expects the match to be an entertaining, competitive affair.
Speaking via Saddlers.co.uk, Adam said; “It’s still early days but both teams have started the season really well. We’re in good form so it should make for an entertaining game. Sometimes the teams that come up have the momentum from the previous year. There’s an element of that with Burton and they’re high on confidence.

“They’re doing well, playing some good football and winning a lot of games. They’re a hardworking team and they’ll be coming here expecting to win. We’ll have to be at it from the start because it’ll be a tough game for us.
“We’ve always known that we’ve got a lot of talent in the squad. Throughout my time here, it’s always been a question of consistency. We’ve always strived for consistency and we work very hard on the training ground.

“This year things seemed to have clicked into place and that’s what has kept us near the top of the table. Hopefully we can carry that on for the rest of the season.”
