Earlier today a Walsall Football Club 'reserves' eleven played host to Kidderminster Harriers' Under 21s in a behind closed doors friendly, as both sides look to continue to build fitness for the 2015/16 campaign.
The Saddlers emerged victorious by two-goals-to-nil with Amadou Bakayoko and Jamie Smith netting for the home side.
Walsall's Reserves don't play their first Final Third Development League (West) match until they host Port Vale at the Scholars Ground on Tuesday, 8th September so are expected to play a few more friendlies to give the players some competitive action.
