Walsall Football Club are said to have taken young Italian defender John DiBiase on trial, following the end of his short trial spell with Vanarama National League North side, Nuneaton Town.
19-year-old, central defender Di Biase, who has spent much of his young career in the Australian youth system, recently gained an Italian passport, which will aid the Saddlers in signing him, should they choose to do so.
Di Biase revealed via Facebook that his Nuneaton trial had ended but hoped to impress whilst with the Saddlers.
Meanwhile, young striker and product of the Walsall Centre of Excellence Aaron Williams, who the Saddlers had invited back for a trial spell, has penned a two-year deal with Di Biase's former side, Nuneaton Town.
