League Donates to Fund in Memory of Joel Richards

The Football League have today revealed that they have made a donation on the behalf of the league, it's 72 clubs and their supporters to Alex Shaw's 'GoFundMe' fundraising page, which was set up in memory of Alex's friend, and Walsall supporter, Joel Richards, who was killed along with his uncle Adrian Evans, grandfather Patrick Evans and thirty-five other people at the Tunisian holiday resort of Sousse.
The Football League have today revealed that they have made a donation on the behalf of the league, it's 72 clubs and their supporters to Alex Shaw's 'GoFundMe' fundraising page, which was set up in memory of Alex's friend, and Walsall supporter, Joel Richards, who was killed along with his uncle Adrian Evans, grandfather Patrick Evans and thirty-five other people at the Tunisian holiday resort of Sousse.

In a brief statement released via Facebook, the Football League confirm; "Friends of 3 Walsall fans killed in Tunisia are raising funds for funeral costs. On behalf of The Football League, it's 72 clubs & their supporters we've made a £1,000 donation.

"Our dearest sympathy to the friends and family of Joel, Adrian and Patrick."
