Jon Whitney, the head of Walsall Football Club's Medical Department, has taken to social media to give a brief update on the current levels of training the Saddlers' squad is doing ahead of the 2015/16 campaign.
Speaking via Twitter, Jon said; "Elite squad have covered an average of 130,000 metres in 3 weeks: over 3 multi directional marathons. After West Brom game will reduce training volume but maintain frequency and intensity of sessions in preparation for Luton away."
