Walsall Football Club have today confirmed the signing of Barnsley midfielder, and former Saddlers loanee Milan Lalkovič, on a one-year contract.
The 22-year-old former Chelsea winger, who joined Walsall on loan for the 2013/14 campaign, was released by the Blues last summer and joined the Tykes in January 2015, following a six-month spell with with Czech side Mladá Boleslav.
Before joining the Saddlers, where he made almost forty appearances and became something of a fan favourite, he enjoyed loan spells with Doncaster Rovers, ADO Den Haag and Vitória de Guimarães.
Milan joins former Leyton Orient defender Jason Demetriou and Ex-Fulham and Charlton Athletic goalkeeper Neil Etheridge in joining the Banks's Stadium club over the summer, with manager Dean Smith looking to add a few more new faces before the start of the season.
