Premier League outfit Swansea City are believed to be the latest side to have declared an interest in Watford's former Walsall striker Troy Deeney.
Reports on the BBC Sport website suggest that the South Wales side are keen to add the Birmingham born striker to their attacking line and have made an official approach to the Vicarage Road side.
26-year-old Deeney scored twenty-one league goals in 2014/15 to help the Hornets gain promotion from the Championship, the third successive season where he'd bagged over twenty goals.
Newcastle United, and Everton are also believed to be preparing offers for the striker with Walsall set to benefit from at least 20% of any potential fee thanks to a clause in Deeney's 2010 transfer agreement.
