Later today Walsall Football Club's Under 18s side will take on Shrewsbury Town Under 18s in the Final of this season's Midland Floodlit Youth Cup competition.

Tickets cost £5 for adults and £3 for concessions, with the match, which takes place at Banks's Stadium, currently scheduled to kick-off at 7:00pm.

Walsall advanced to the final by defeating Lincoln City Under 18s by six-goals-to-nil way back in October, whilst the Shrews booked their place by defeating Chesterfield Under 18s 4-3 on penalties, following a 2-2 extra time draw, in March.

The Saddlers won the competition at the end of the 2012/13 season, as pictured above, by defeating Notts County Under 18s by four-goals-to-two after extra time, goals from Jake Heath, Reece Flanagan (2), and Jacob Hobbis enough to cancel out a Malachi Lavelle-Moore brace.
