Walsall Football Club Chief-Executive Stefan Gamble has today revealed that the club's Early Bird season ticket campaign, which ran throughout the month of March, has been a huge success.
Speaking to Saddlers.co.uk, Stefan said; “The uptake was fantastic once again. Our supporters demonstrated their dedication to the cause by signing up in their droves.
“Season ticket sales are on a par with last year and as we still await credit approval on many of those supporters who opted to go for our installment payment plan, provided courtesy of Zebra Finance, final numbers are set to marginally eclipse the total achieved in last year’s campaign.
“This is extremely pleasing and I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of those supporters who took advantage of the great offers available.
“The Early Bird campaign always sets the tone for the season ahead and there is certainly much to look forward to here. I would like to thank our supporters for the backing that they have given to the team throughout 2014/15; your backing is so important to us.
"Hopefully there will be a good turn-out for Saturday's final home League game of the season and we can end on a winning note to extend our current unbeaten run."
