
Speaking to the Express & Star, Richard said; "We were expecting him to take the penalty because he took the last one here, which he went the keeper's right with.
“We figured he would know we had looked at that, so that is why I decided to go the other way. Luckily it proved to be correct and I was just happy to keep it out.”
Richard also spoke about Yeovil Town's loaned-in stopper Scott Loach, who saved a spot kick from Saddlers' top-scorer Tom Bradshaw, and despite conceding a goal, put in a solid performance, Richard said; “Scott has had a great game. I didn’t really see much of the goal, it is hard looking from the other end.
“We could have come in at half-time four or five up if it wasn’t for him. He can take a lot of credit from that.”
