Walsall manager Dean Smith has spoken to the club's official website ahead of this weekend's Sky Bet League 1 clash with Milton Keynes Dons, and has offered a brief injury update.

Speaking to Saddlers.co.uk, Smith said; "We're hopeful of having both Anthony Forde and Jordan Cook back in action. They joined in training during the latter part of the week, whilst Sam Mantom came through 65 minutes for the reserves on Tuesday.

"I would rate Adam Chambers' chances as 50/50 at this stage. He picked up a high sprain on his ankle towards the end of the last game. He is confident that he will be okay and the fact that he looks after himself so well on and off-the-pitch will stand him in good stead.

"The only definite absentee is Rico Henry as he continues his comeback from a dislocated shoulder."
