Walsall Football Club top-scorer Tom Bradshaw has spoken to the club's official website following Saturday afternoon's Sky Bet League 1 defeat to Barnsley, and has insisted that the team must remain positive, ant that they are doing all the right things to improve their current form.
Speaking to Saddlers.co.uk, Tom said; “It was frustrating, especially on the back of the win in our last game. We’ll analyse the game and why it happened and how we can stop it happening again.
“We don’t want to make excuses because we weren’t good enough, but they adapted better to the conditions than we did on the day.
“We’ll stay positive and won’t dwell on it too much. The games are coming thick and fast and we’ll be doing all that we can to rectify things and improve.
“There are areas that we know we need to improve upon. Everyone is striving to be better and push on up the table.
“Hopefully we’ll bounce back in the right way with two home games coming up now. I’m more eager than anyone to get back on the scoresheet and I’m sure that will come.
“It’ll mean working hard at it to get the rewards.”
