Walsall Football Club's loaned-in Leicester City midfielder Michael Cain has spoken to the press ahead of this week's Johnstone's Paint Trophy Northern Area Final First-Leg clash with Preston North End, and has insisted that if the Saddlers go to Deepdale and play their style of football, then they will come away with the right result.
Speaking to the Express & Star, Michael said; "They’ve got some good attacking talent, but we’ve got some good defenders and we’ve also got some good attacking talent as well.
“We want to go there and play our football and impose ourselves on them, rather than them on us.”
"After a defeat, the next thing you want to do is just play another game and it’s a great opportunity for us. It’s a two-legged game and there’s a big reward at the end of it.
“We know that if we can go there and play our style of football, we can come away with the right result that we want.”
