Walsall Football Club have today allowed young defender Malvind Benning to join Sky Bet League 2 outfit York City on a one-month loan deal.
21-year-old, Sandwell born Benning, who is a product of the Walsall FC Centre of Excellence, made his professional debut in November 2012, and won the 2013/14 Young Player of the Season award.
Mal has made nineteen appearances, mostly from the substitutes bench, so far this season, and will be keen to play some first-team football during his spell with the Minstermen.
