On Tuesday evening Walsall Football Club defeated Tranmere Rovers 4-5 on penalties following a dramatic comeback from two-nil down, to force the game into spot-kicks.
The organisers of this season's competition have announced that they will reveal the home and away draws for the Area Finals, which will be between Walsall and Notts County or Preston North End (Northern), and Gillingham and Bristol City (Southern), at 10:00am tomorrow (Thursday) morning.
The fixtures, which will be played during the weeks commencing 12th January 2015, and 2nd February 2015, will be played over two legs with the winners heading to Wembley Stadium for the final, which will take place on Sunday 22nd March 2015.
