
Romaine took part in the first group stage in early September and scored a goal during a 5-0 victory over Dominica. He also played against St Lucia (0-0) and Guyana (2-0).
The 'Suga Boyz' now move into the Second Round of qualification, where they'll be entered into Group 8, and will be joined by; Haiti, Barbados, and French Guiana, fixtures in Group 8 are to be staged in Haiti, and will take place between 8th and 12th October.
The purpose of the qualification competition is to determine which national teams can play in the 2014 Caribbean Cup, which in turn determines which of the Caribbean nations, will participate in the 2015 CONCACAF Gold Cup.
In March 2014, it was announced that Jamaica would host the 'final stage' of the competition in Montego Bay.
Romaine will miss Tuesday's Johnstone’s Paint Trophy tie at Rochdale (kick-off 7.30pm) and the Saddlers' Sky Bet League One trip to Oldham Athletic at the weekend.
