Speaking to the Express & Star, Dean said; “I told the players before and I have told them this week if I see the continuing acceptance from some players they will be moved out. That is the way football works.
“I always say it is the behaviour of the modern player. Mistakes will always happen but it is the way you react to it and sometimes our reactions have not been good enough.”
