Tweeted a story regarding a so-called Walsall player arriving at the Baggies Training Ground following an apparent mix-up with a sat-nav-less taxi driver.
However Walsall Football Club have this afternoon sought to clarify what really went on, commenting via the club's official
Twitter page, Walsall FC confirm; "The 'Walsall FC player' who went to WBA's training ground today was just a hopeful turning up without an appointment looking for a trial. We hope, of course, that the lad in question gets his chance in the game, somewhere."
