Walsall Football Club have today issued a call to arms as the club reach the final seven home games of the season.During the coming few weeks the Saddlers will host Wolverhampton Wanderers, Crewe Alexandra, Leyton Orient and Shrewsbury Town, and club officials are keen for supporters to 'create a sea of red, and inspire the lads'.
Published on Saddlers.co.uk, the statement says; "As we enter the ‘business end’ of the season, you are encouraged to show your support for Dean Smith and the players by wearing red at our remaining home games, starting with the mouth-watering visit of local rivals, Wolves, on Saturday, March 8th.
"We all have a role to play in helping us finish the season strongly and by creating a sea of red and a special atmosphere within the stadium it will inspire the lads to produce a winning end to the campaign.
"Be Red, Be Proud!"
