Walsall Football Club and Chesterfield are believed to be in negotiation over the permanent switch of on-loan striker Craig Westcarr.With the Saddlers budget stretched, the club are hoping to agree a termination of the front-man's contract with his parent club, however Walsall manager Dean Smith will have some financial leeway following The Saddlers recent televised fixture which generated £30,000 for the club.
