Walsall youth prospect Jamie Tank has rejected the Saddlers offer of a professional contract and has agreed terms with local rivals Wolverhampton Wanderers on a two year contract for an undisclosed fee, believed to be around £20,000.
Tank was seen as a massive talent by the youth set up and will be a huge loss to the already depleted squad.
Jamie came through the ranks at the Banks's Stadium and completed a two-year youth scholarship at the end of last season.
Walsall will receive further performance based fees throughout Jamie's deal at the Molineux. He will join up with the rest of the squad on July 1st.
