Youth Alliance: Accrington Stanley Next Up For Walsall's Under-18s

Walsall Under-18s are back in EFL Youth Alliance action later today as they make the trip North to take on Accrington Stanley in their latest North West group fixture of the season.
This weekend's match will see two of the Youth Alliance - North West's struggling sides collide as bottom-of-the-table Stanley play host to the twelfth-placed Saddlers.

Walsall have had a busy seven days or so as they took on Wrexham last weekend before making the trip to Lancashire to face Preston North End on Tuesday afternoon.

The young Saddlers were narrowly defeated by the Dragons before taking a late point against the Lilywhites with Sam Perry hitting the back of the net in the 91st minute to secure a point for his side.

Struggling Stanley have won just three of their nineteen Alliance outings, drawing three and losing thirteen, and will be keen to get a rare victory as they welcome the Saddlers to the region later today.
