Loan Watch: Sangha & Peters Earn More Match Minutes

Walsall goalkeeper Joe Slinn, defender Callum Cockerill-Mollett, midfielder Jordon Sangha, and striker Cameron Peters are currently spending time away from Banks's Stadium in search of some all-important first-team football as they look to force their way into Dean Keates' matchday squad.
Summer signing Slinn is on season-long spell with Rushall Olympic, whilst academy products Cockerill-Mollett, Sangha, and Peters are enjoying short-term stays with AFC Telford United, Ashton United, and Bromsgrove Sporting respectively.

Joe Slinn's Rushall Olympic enjoyed a rare Saturday off but as many other sides were in action and looking to progress from the Emirates FA Cup - Second Qualifying Round.

Callum Cockerill-Mollett's Telford United were one of the sides enjoying an FA Cup outing, but they young left-back was not involved as Walsall would like to keep him as an option for their upcoming cup endeavours.

Jordon Sangha
Long-serving midfielder Jordon Sangha was named in Ashton United's starting XI for their FA Cup clash with Trafford, with both sides looking to edge ever-closer to the First Round proper.

Jordon played the full ninety-minutes for his loan side, gaining more confidence and experience as his temporary team won three-nil with goals from Matthew Chadwick, PEN 25'; Bradley Jackson, 82'; and Nico Evangelinos, 90' seeing the Robins safely through to the next stage.

Jordon, who has been on the club's books for over a decade, went close to grabbing a goal of his own twenty-minutes from time but could only head the ball wide from a good position.

Cameron Peters
Despite having a strong goal-scoring ratio for the Rouslers Cameron was once again named on the bench for his side as they travelled to Haywood Way and faced Aylesbury in the Southern League - Division One Central.

The Hereford-born striker spent almost an hour on the bench before he replaced Ashanti Pryce with fifty-eight minutes on the clock, just over half an hour of action for the 19-year-old.

Despite Sporting having eleven shots on target, the match will be remembered for just two efforts as striker Richard Gregory saw two penalties saved with home goalkeeper Nick Bennion rising to the occasion after both 84' and 95' minutes to keep his sheet clean and secure a point for his side.

More minutes for Cameron, but he is starting to build up a bit of a gap between goals, hopefully he'll be able to get back on the score-sheet next time out.
