Graham Biggs' Walsall under-18s side are back in action this weekend as they travel to Cumbria where they will take on Carlisle United Under 18s in the latest EFL Youth Alliance (North West) fixture of the season.

The Saddlers, who sit in second place in the Alliance table, will be looking to return top winning ways this weekend following their disappointing 3-1 defeat to Burnley last Saturday afternoon.Tobias Hayles-Docherty had put the Saddlers ahead before the break but three late goals saw the Clarets secure all three points.

Carlisle United are second from bottom in the Alliance and have won just four of their sixteen games, losing eleven, including last weekend's 4-3 defeat to Bury.

Today's match is scheduled to kick-off at 12:00pm, and we hope to have an update later this afternoon.
