Walsall Football Club have confirmed that, following Millwall’s progression to the Third Round of this season's Emirates FA Cup, our Sky Bet League One trip to the Den, currently scheduled for Saturday, 7th January, will be moved.
In a statement, released via Saddlers.co.uk, the club confirm; Following Millwall’s FA Cup progression, our Sky Bet league One encounter at the Den scheduled for 7th January will be moved.
The Londoners reached the third round of the FA cup thanks to a 5-2 victory over non-league Braintree at the weekend.
Their Third Round fixture at home to Bournemouth will now be played on the 7th January meaning our League One encounter will be arranged for a later date. The club will inform supporters of the new date in due course.
