As Walsall Football Club continue to defy the odds and push for automatic promotion to the Sky Bet Championship, attacker Romaine Sawyers has spoken to Shoot and expressed his belief that the Saddlers can finish the season at the top of the table.
Speaking via Shoot.co.uk, Romaine said; "Personally, I think we can win the league. I think the team has the same mentality too. Burton are top at the moment but we all believe we can catch them for sure.
"Everyone is pushing in the same direction, everyone wants to get promoted and there is a real togetherness in the squad. We're in a good place in terms of where we are in the league and, as I said, the togetherness of the team has really shone through the group this season."
